In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Dear Parents and Students,

Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you at Hafiz Al-Quran School (HQS).

The HQS became a reality in 2022 thanks to the Almighty Allah's incalculable gifts and kindness.

The HQS provides a variety of activities centred on memorising the Holy Quran, ranging from the fundamentals of faultless tajweed reading to the higher level of memorising the Holy Quran in order to become a hafiz. Students at the school can obtain ijazah by reciting the holy Quran and choosing a teacher who has ijazah in various Qiraat. In addition, we will teach students about Islam's tolerant culture at school, with the goal of inspiring a new generation of Muslims who are well-versed in and aware of their religion's principles.

It is a privilege for the school to be entrusted with the monumental task of transferring Islamic teachings, the Word of God, and the authentic teachings of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and we pray to Allah the Almighty for guidance in this endeavour. I admire the school's utilisation of a range of methods for imparting Quranic knowledge to local and expatriate adults and children, including those who attend traditional schools and desire to connect with the pure source of the Holy Book.

I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your involvement in our school's programmes, as well as our gratitude to all those who work persistently to ensure the success of our objectives with Almighty Allah.

Dr. Hatem Saad,

Imam of Gungahlin Mosque and Director of Education (Hafiz Al-Qur’an School)
