HQS steps to hire new teachers

The structured orientation, focus on curriculum understanding, practical observations, and evaluation process contribute to ensuring a thorough onboarding process. Additionally, incorporating IT system understanding and familiarity with HQS policies demonstrates a holistic approach to preparing new teachers for success.*New Teacher Onboarding Steps at HQS:*

Upon successful completion of the Quran and Tajweed assessment, new teachers at HQS undergo the following steps:

1. Attend an orientation day to familiarize themselves with the HQS environment.

2. Understand the instructional approach for the greenbook, including homework sheet and weekly plans.3. Learn how HQS manages greenbook classes.

4. Observe Quran teaching at levels 2, 3, and above. Understand how plans are written, classes are managed, and flexibility is maintained for student improvement.5. Take on teaching responsibilities under supervision to learn methods of homework writing, student evaluation, and providing feedback to parents.

6. Understand the online teaching system through discussion and IT system training from the IT team.

7. Grasp HQS policies and teachers’ responsibilities through coordination sessions.

8. Understand HQS policies and responsibilities related to parents.

HQS will conduct six evaluations to assess teachers’ progress in comprehending the complete HQS system. Teachers who pass can then commence leading classes.
